Resolved Question: Rheumatoid Arthritis relief excluding meds?
I’m 35 and I’ve had RA for 2 years. I’m just wondering what kind of things has helped people live active lives with it. I’m not asking about medications, I know all about them, I’m more interested in ways people have been able to reduce the pill popping.

For anyone else information I recently found out that doing very physical forms of yoga 4 to 5 times a week seems to be doing wonders for the inflammation (and my butt looks great!) but I don’t know if that will maintain throughout the winter which is the worst time for me.

NO medication suggestions, I don’t take medical advice from ramdom people online, I have a specialist for that!!!

Open Question: I’m bored so I have a question about going back to school for 11th grade.?
After 9th grade was over I didnt go back to school. Instead I did online schooling for my 10th year. Due to medical, and money issues. Pluse it was just all in all easier for my parents and me. Anyways. I’m a social hermint. I’ve lived in the same city for almost all my life, and offically have no more friends or people out of my family I hang out with. I’m going back to school this year, for one class, and still doing online schooling. I’m nervious as hell, b/c I dont really “fit in” with anybody that I’m not talking to online. Anyone have any advice to help me not have some kind of panic attack =D

[Go ahead and leave rude comments if you want. Just waisting your time :) ]
I forgot to add. It isnt a huge highschool. Its like a 4 room school for the misfists lol. I dont want to try and “fit in” I just dont want to have a panic attack around all the people. I could careless if they like me. I just dont want to freak out, b/c i HATE being around people. — also its one CLASS. no lunch and stuff like that. just one class.
