Voting Question: Dad wants fiance gone and fiance wants my dad gone?
It is best to start at the beginning. I grew up in a modern Jewish home with parents who are still together although I and my siblings have begged my mother to get a divorce. My father from my earliest memory has been physically and verbally abusive towards all of us.

When I was 19 going to 20 I met this really great guy who was in the Navy and we quickly fell in love with each other and have known for a while now that we want to spend the rest of our lives together. We have currently been together 2 years and 3 months.

My father biggest thing since I was in High school was that all his children married Jewish. (I believe he truly meant orthodox Jewish after the way he been acting). My Fiance is a mixer of German and Irish so obviously not Jewish. He agree thought to go through the conversion process and keep the laws as best as possible.

My fiance was in the Navy and I am proud of him serving which meant not having off for Friday nights, Saturdays, and all holidays. He still went to temple and kept kosher with our limited budget.

When I was 20 I moved into an apartment and soon realized that my roommate and i were not getting along and she really did not respect my things. She eventually left and my fiance stepped up and moved in with me to cover the bills. I had lost my job at a department store due to illness. My fiance trying to get a Orthodox conversion gave up a 90,000 reenlitmentnt bonus.

He pushed me forward in my class studies and was upset that I dropped out but has been supportive of my learning to become a medical coder. He has hardly denied me anything I wanted with in reason and I currently have 2 great wonderful dogs. We truly support and talk with each other about everything.

My fiance was hazed at work for changing his religion and with all the pressure he soon became suicidal. His main issue was the conversion process. He spent a week in the hospital and I drove the 2 hours to the hospital 3 times that week to visit him for the short visiting hour.

He has never completely given up on the conversion but is very discourage and plus all the experiences with my dad has left a bad issue with religion.

My dad a few days ago blew up and is now demanding that I never see my fiance again even is he gets his BSET, has a job, and is converted. To make his point more he came pretty close to grabbing me and violently shaking me and screaming in my face.

My fiance has lost his job and his cars ( the only possessions he had) trying to get through this conversion process.

My dad believes my fiance ruined me financially even though i am the one that lost my job 1 1/2 years ago, the stock market crashed loosing all my college builder, and i closed my 0 balance bank account.

My dad also believes it is my fiance fault i stopped going to the urban college and have disconnected myself from the jewish community here in my area.

To everyone around me my father has gone completely off his rocker. I have one more semester of college left over for my Coding courses but I can’t afford classes. My mother does not want to jeopardize her marriage even though she knows my dad is in the wrong. I need to complete these courses but is it worth it?

My fiancee wants me just to come home already and just stand up to my dad and leave. I need my classes paid for and I am worried about the repercussions. Right now we are in debts and both not working so it not that simple plus i love my mother very much and couldn’t stand it if i could never see her again.

When should I move out again of my parents house?

Do i set my fiance free?

Resolved Question: Say a medical coding student gets their CPC-A certification in Sept. 2009, what is required of them in 2010?
What would be required of them in 2010 in regards to updating their knowledge/certification? Is it difficult to re-learn this information or is it structured in such a way that makes it easy and not time consuming? How do physicians react to all of this?
